Every plan places the year month by month from the start month you choose: next month at the earliest and up to twelve months ahead.
Month 1: the diagnostic
The diagnostic visit and the remote-management setup, once. It takes the place of that month’s visit.
Preventive visits
After month 1, by the rhythm you choose. Up to 8 computers and printers fit in a visit; beyond that one extra hour is added for every 4 more.

Preferences, not appointments
A preferred weekday (Monday to Friday, or Saturday with the Saturday window), week of the month and time band. The dates are agreed in the reply.
