How it counts in the plan
Every month, for each mailbox on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Other platforms are reviewed at the diagnostic.
Licence fees are paid by you to the provider. The Saturday window (8:00–12:00) adds 15 % to this line.
The monthly administration is estimated at $150.000 or more; below that the minimum applies.
